If you are not satisfied with F3 Premium, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your first Premium purchase (the order completion date). After that window, the current billing period is generally non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Submit a refund request through the contact form at https://tryf3.com/contact from the email on your F3 account (choose “Refund request”). Keep a copy of your order receipt.

Prepaid period

A Premium purchase is prepaid access for one calendar month or one calendar year. It does not renew automatically. Any additional gateway charges are shown by Kuickpay before you confirm payment.
