Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password), profile preferences (gender, age range, region, cultural style), quiz answers, daily check-ins, pillar scores, and photos you upload for AI features (event looks, face makeovers, or scans).
How we use your data
We use your information to personalise recommendations, generate AI styling and grooming plans, track your progress, and improve the app. Quiz and profile data shape your F3 type and guide content.
AI and photos
When you use AI Look or Face Makeover, your photo is sent to our servers and processed by OpenAI to generate results. Photos are used only for that request and stored if you save a generated look. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent.
Data storage & security
Data is stored on secure servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS in production). Passwords are hashed. Access tokens expire and can be refreshed securely.
Your choices
You can update profile details in the app, manage notification preferences, sign out, or contact us to request account deletion. You may decline optional features that require photos.
Third parties
We use service providers to run F3. OpenAI processes photos and prompts for AI looks and coaching. US Life Coaching does not take or store card details. Payments for F3 Premium are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Google Sign-In is subject to Google’s policies. We do not sell your personal data.
